Qualification Requirements:
1. Minimum 7-8 years experience in Java/J2EE development
2. Minimum 2 years experience designing and implementing rule based solutions in ILOG JRules
3. Certified in IBM Certified Application Developer - WebSphere ILOG JRules v7+
4. Basic knowledge in Perform Business Analysis for BRMS
5. At least 2 years experience in Develop Solution from Requirements
6. At least 6 months experience in Perform BRMS Application Assessment
7. Basic knowledge in Perform ILOG JRules Upgrades
8. Basic knowledge in Implement ILOG Rules for .Net,
9. Hands-on experience building, deploying and/or supporting distributed applications built with SOA technologies (on WebSphere, JMS, EAI, MQ, EJB, JSP, JDBC, SQL, Ant)
10. Hands on experience with at least one database platform (ex. Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
11. OO design skills
12. Knowledge of WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for SOA, PKI, WS-Security, SAML and various web services standards are a plus
