(A) Job Description Summary
Purpose
The Manager will provide leadership with focus on end to end server virtualization and consolidation project delivery across various ATC, AO, IO & SI programs/projects
This role will interface with technical, functional and business stakeholders across Accenture.

(D) Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading / architecting infrastructure and server technologies project.
• Manage geographically diverse teams of architects and administrators
• Leading a team in strategically planning, architecting, designing and implementing key server technology solutions for clients
• Work with infrastructure team to discover and correct areas of projects where intervention will benefit projects.
• Perform short range and long range resource planning and constantly work on resource leveling as program work shifts.
• Assist with strategic planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary.
• Drive teams for successful, on-schedule projects and releases.
• Work at higher strategic levels with Executive Management
• Maintain constant communication and updates on projects progress and any issues related to any of the projects with all the stakeholders;
• Track the timely and high quality delivery for infrastructure and server technologies projects deliverables.
• Form deep working relationships with the Global Program management teams.
• Plan and deliver well-structured oral and written communications
Supervisory Responsibilities:
§ Manage a team of Accenture infrastructure architects and subject matter experts to ensure timely completion of deliverables and activities planned.
(E) Must Have Knowledge and Skill Requirements
§ Strong knowledge and work experience in designing and implementing VMware ESX, Hyper-V and/or XEN virtual infrastructure.
§ Experience with large scale deployment of VMware ESX servers, Virtual servers
§ Hands on knowledge and work experience on P2V and V2V using VMware, PlateSpin and other related technologies
§ Hands on knowledge and work experience on MS windows and Redhat/SUSE Linux
§ Work experience on Virtual centre/Centre.
§ Consistently demonstrated skills in staff management, including coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution.
§ Proven ability to resolve conflicts within projects between resources, schedules, budgets, and priorities
§ Consistently demonstrated soft skills including diplomacy, facilitation, and collaboration.
§ Consistently demonstrated tactical skills, including resource planning, budget management and planning, Process improvement, cost containment and project management.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Strong ability to grasp technical concepts

§ B.E from good Engineering colleges preferred

(G) Work Experience Requirements
§ 10+ years of overall experience, including 3-4 years of minimum leadership experience with infrastructure and server delivery projects involving business analysis, strategic planning/architecture/design, Technology consulting, Infrastructure & Application outsourcing and project/program management office functions
§ Demonstrated success driving complex strategies and projects to successful completion
§ Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
§ Proficient in project management software
