PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ComOps CRM Platform Contractor
Information Solutions (IS) Commercial Operations (ComOps) has a need for an individual to provide customer service support for the CRM application.
TIMEFRAME
This project is expected to last approximately twelve months.
The individual will be required to interface directly with external and internal customers from the sales force, contact center and financial service teams who use SAP CRM "FOCUS". The role of the SAP CRM Platform Contractor is to assist the team with managing all recorded incidents as well as investigating and helping to resolve each issue. In this support role, incidents often include not just issues with the SAP CRM application but other applications and hardware support. In order to address all aspects related to these user groups it is necessary for the prospective candidate to work across ComOps IS and the infrastructure teams in order to determine root cause and solution.
SKILL REQUIRED
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Must be able to work in a team environment.
· Modify and / or create incident tickets for tracking purposes. This may involve the usage of more than one application.
· Ability to support multiple applications and hardware types. Types include but are not limited to: SAP ECC, knowledge of internal data warehouse known as DASH, computer telephony integration (CTI), web sites, laptop issues, printer issues, or other sales force activity related occurrences.
· Participate as a testing team member during project or release roll-outs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with all customers, business and IS, is a necessity.
· Interpersonal skills required to support interactions that may occur via phone, email or in person.
· 3 plus years experience within a professional environment providing technical support and business interactions.
· Experience with IC (Interaction Center) communication channels a plus.
· Provide ECC and CRM functional expertise for the IT group and business.
· Prior work experience in a Pharmaceutical industry a plus.
· Participate in various phases of a project life cycle which may include analysis, design, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
· Work with a sense of urgency to deliver timely system solutions to business problems.
· Follow established processes, policies and procedures where applicable.
· Ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written, with individuals at all levels of the organization
SCOPE OF WORK
Personnel are expected to work Monday - Friday, onsite in Swiftwater, PA or a nearby designated facility.
